NOC process

This is a vital process to have the network up and running for 24/7. It involves, surveillance: where the alarms are continuously monitored, raising a TT to respective teams, ensuring the alarm clearance with in the SLA.
Configurations / provisioning: Here we undertake the network implementation, where new devices are on boarded to the network.
TAC process: there will be L1 and L2 TAC teams, L1 team does the initial troubleshooting of the network related faults and clear the alarms, if the intensity and criticality of the issue is more, the L2 team jumps in and analyze, troubleshoot the problems. all these has to be done in SLA to enhance the network availability.
Performance team: this team has the responsibility of identifying the Network performance / optimization and to provide a enhanced services to the customers.
